happy mother's day!

yesterday rk and i hit up millbrae for a flatgroung sesh. he brought his kicker fo we skated that for a bit. wenrt to the studio to unpack & had some beers. had a buzzed late night sesh . then back to the studio for more beers & chillin with gonz ed ben and carolina. went home to sleep. woke uup. my mom's in oaklad being cool so hen rk & i hit up pv for a sober sesh. pv dudes were here for a while. killin'

retox show.

show at the retox last night was cool. we didn't get on until around 11 something and played until like a little past midnight. it was sick. we got people dancing! after the show, we headed out to in n out. jesse was too perked & tried to argue with the dudes that work there about prices. haha. good ass night.

ed & i hit up millbrae for a nice warm morning sesh. as we were trying to get a good picture 2 cops showed up & checked our id's. when i asked wassup he said we weren't skating with helmets. hella lame. then he asked me if i had any weapons. i asked if he was serious & he said he was worried about his safety. fuck that. so he hella checked me & then checked ed. gay. he asked what we were doing there & i said wtf skating duh. so we got kicked out basically. this dude was totally a rookie. the other cop didn't do shit. hella killed that sesh.

hit up the zoo for a class assignment with gonz & young eddy. well they only let sf residents in free otherwise it's 15 bucks so we bounced, only i could get in free, ehhhh. oh well, free giraffes.

didn't feel like doing shit last night. it rained so i didn't skate. i wanted to get perked but was driving so i bought a tall can & went up to the studio to chill. these past few days have been crazy so i just wanted to chill. erin o'really came down to chill with ed & i for a while. it was cool. show friday on 20th street, wassssuuppp!

final day of recording!

we went to atomic garden to finish up recording. got the songs done pretty quick. added hella extra shit to the songs. we got a rough copy of the CD and fuck..it sounds good already. i'm stokd. afterwards, we celebrated by eating japanese food which was good.

recording day 1

yesterday was the 1st day to record. we went to palo alto and visited the atomic garden. we recorded drums & gonz's guitar. afterwards we caught the room for a ghost show on broadway. they have a new singer & they destroyed. we on our way right now to atomic garden again. recording my guitars today & ryo's bass + adding in extras. should be fun.
